ThisrolereportstotheSPMandConstructionManager,workingcloselytogethertoachievethebusiness'sstrategicgoalsandobjectivesandcontributingto thesuccessoffutureprojects.

Asakeymemberoftheteam,you'llfindyourselfimmersedinasupportiveandcollaborativeworkenvironment,withaPMandsiteteamsnecessaryfortheprojects.Ourclientpridesitselfontheirreputationforqualitydelivery,theyhavebuiltareputationasareliableHeadContractorinthe$10M-$100Mspace,typicallyacrossEducationandgovernmentsectors.





Keyresponsibilities Negotiatingwithsubcontractors Processinginvoices&chasingpayment; Subcontractvariations Tenderreviewdrawings Lettingpackages PuttingtogetherScopeofWorks Skills&Experience; Arelevantconstructiondegreeortradebackground Atleast3-years’experienceworkingasaContractAdministrator CompetentuserofJobpacandallotherMicrosoftpackages Goodattitude,eagernesstolearnandinitiative Perks&Culture; Abovemarketaveragepackage SupportiveWorkEnvironment ProfessionalDevelopment Work-LifeBalance ModernOfficeEnvironment
