We're growing and are looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Medical
Receptionist/Administrator
to join our team. This role will be primarily based at our Newstead clinic, with the opportunity to work across our Brisbane Skin locations when required.

About the role
n
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy specialist practice.
n
This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 50 hours per fortnight,
and will be primarily based at our Newstead clinic with opportunities to work across our Brisbane locations as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
n
The position includes participation in a rotating roster, including late nights and Saturdays.
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and enjoys working in a busy team environment.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in medical reception or specialist medical administration (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Experience in dermatology, skin medicine, plastic surgery or cosmetic medicine (desirable but not essential)
n
Outstanding customer service and patient care skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A professional, friendly and welcoming approach
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays as part of a rotating roster
n
The ability to work across our Newstead and North Lakes clinics when required
n
