About the Role n
As a
Sleep Coach
, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers on their health journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, retail or healthcare who is ready to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
n
You'll combine education, customer support and care — helping customers understand their sleep therapy, troubleshoot concerns and feel confident using their equipment.
n
No healthcare experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Respond to customer enquiries in-store and over the phone
n
Investigate and help customers problem-solve therapy and equipment issues
n
Provide set-up, ongoing support and education to encourage successful therapy outcomes
n




Fit customers for masks and recommend the most suitable options based on training
n
Educate customers on the safe and effective use of sleep therapy equipment
n
Drive sales of new or additional services, including phone-based follow-ups on trials and testing results
n
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the clinic and retail environment
n
Process payments and complete administrative duties as required
n
Manage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re-ordering
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a customer service, retail or healthcare environment
n
A warm, caring approach and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to meet individual customer needs
n
Empathy, compassion and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Active listening skills with a solutions-focused mindset
n
A strong work ethic, reliability and honesty
n
The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Healthcare or healthcare retail experience is advantageous but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
