About the Role
n
As a Civil Engineer, you will play an significant role in delivering projects across a variety of sectors. Working closely with senior engineers and the General Manager, you will contribute to project planning, design, documentation, and delivery while supporting project visibility and coordination.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation
n
Developing engineering reports and construction documentation
n
Assisting with development applications and approvals
n
Supporting project management and coordination activities
n
Liaising with clients, councils, contractors, and key stakeholders
n
Monitoring project progress and assisting with issue resolution
n
Managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality project outcomes
n
Contributing across projects from initial concept through to completion
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Essential Requirements
n
n




Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
n
Experience working as a Civil Engineer within a consulting environment
n
Strong civil design capability and technical understanding
n
Proficiency using AutoCAD and 12d
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Ability to prioritise workload and meet project deadlines
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Confidence working with clients and stakeholders
n
n
Desirable Skills & Experience
n
n
Exposure to project management or design management responsibilities
n
Experience using Drains, MUSIC, or HEC-RAS software
n
Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
n
Membership of relevant industry associations or progress towards professional accreditation
n
n
