Key responsibilities

Assisting customers with product information, availability and enquiries

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating deliveries

Providing accurate product, pricing and lead-time information

Liaising with warehouses, sales representatives and delivery teams

Keeping customers informed throughout the process

Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining accurate customer and order records

Building strong,
