Job Description
Sacred Heart Mission is hiring a Peer Settlement Support Worker in Victoria, Australia.
You will use your lived experience to support participants transitioning from homelessness to stable housing through peer support and community connections.
The role is a maximum-term, full-time position starting asap and ending 31 March ****, with adaptable work arrangements and a strong focus on lived-experience voice within the J2SI program.
