Natural Beginnings Early Learning World is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and help create meaningful, engaging and nurturing learning experiences for our children.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position, with hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, depending on the operational needs of the service.
Flexibility to work varying hours across our operating days is essential.
You will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care within a warm, play-based environment, supporting each child's individual learning, development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families




Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programming
Support children's individual development, wellbeing and interests
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent
Has a genuine passion for working with children
Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
Is reliable, versatile and works well as part of a team
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Holds a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Holds current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or is willing to obtain them
Have completed the mandatory Child Safe Training
