Your technical knowledge, combined with great people skills, could make you a fantastic Service Advisor.

What You'll Do
You'll be the important link between ourcustomers and workshop,



managing the service experience from start to finish:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs
Coordinate bookings and keep customers updated
Work closely with our Technicians and workshop team
Explain repairs, maintenance and recommendations in everyday language
Recommend additional services where they'll genuinely benefit the customer
Make sure customers leave feeling looked after
