Reputable Queensland Government organisation Cannon Hill based role with travel across multiple project sites Prospect to lead a diverse portfolio of maintenance and upgrade works Long-term contract through to June **** and possibility of extension Supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and service delivery Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple maintenance and upgrade projects across various sites.
Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely delivery of works.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, policies,



and procedures.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards across all projects.
Liaise with client representatives and key stakeholders regarding project delivery and site requirements.
Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and progress reports.
Monitor project performance and support the achievement of delivery targets.
Promote a robust safety culture across all worksites.
Highly Desirable Knowledge of the building industry and government works.
Previous experience within Government, Local Government, State Government or public infrastructure environments.
Experience managing construction and engineering contracts on complex projects.
