Business Analyst Sydney Location: Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Hybrid We re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team in Sydney.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project managers to understand business needs, improve processes and help deliver practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, pain points and business objectives.
Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.
Map current and future-state business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners and other internal teams throughout delivery.
Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
Support UAT, including developing test scenarios, coordinating users and managing issues.
Analyse business data and processes to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with project documentation, process flows,



user stories and acceptance criteria.
Help ensure solutions delivered meet the original business requirements.
About You 3 years experience working as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with process mapping and business process improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments.
Understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
