You will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.

Working closely with technicians, customers and site stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering major shutdown and maintenance activities on some of the industry's largest and most advanced mining equipment.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise field service teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality machine shutdowns, outages and project work.
Coordinate project activities, workforce requirements, and forward planning to ensure successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service and site support.




Drive a positive safety culture through leadership, compliance, housekeeping standards, and safe work practices.
Monitor team productivity and performance to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence across service delivery.
