As a CRM Functional Architect at Avanade, you will shape the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our clients across New Zealand and the wider region.
You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities ●Lead functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service,
