This role is for a top tier miner are to start November based in Port Hedland on an 8/6 but must be open to different rosters when required.
The central projects are all related to Track Renewals Project Management and Rail Execution.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping the Rail Renewals operation moving safely and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for: Coordinating people, plant, equipment and materials Supporting rail renewal activities and daily logistics Maintaining clear communication across crews and operations Planning and coordinating movements and deliveries Identifying and managing operational risks Working closely with supervisors, contractors and site teams Putting safety first - every shift, every task We want someone who: Has strong logistics and coordination skills Understands the demands of a mining/rail environment Can work under pressure and make sound operational decisions Communicates clearly and confidently Is proactive and solutions-focused Leads by example when it comes to safety Preferred experience/systems Previous logistics, transport coordination, planning, or operational coordination experience within mining, rail, or construction SAP/1SAP experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience coordinating personnel, plant, equipment,
