We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Design and implement secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Architects.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices.




Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support when required.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Required Skills Frontend React.js Redux / Redux Toolkit JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 Responsive Web Design Bootstrap / Material UI / Tailwind CSS Backend Node.js Express.js REST API Development Authentication Authorization (JWT, OAuth) Requirements Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy Strong English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US.
Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
Provide training and development material to support end users prior to and after transition In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
