This is an opportunity to join an established Perth residential builder where custom design, client requirements and quality documentation are genuinely important.
Working across a high-volume pipeline of residential projects, you'll take ownership of drafting from initial design through to detailed construction documentation , working closely with the Design Manager and wider team to keep projects moving.

Your day-to-day will include: Taking projects from design through to detailed documentation Producing accurate residential working and specification drawings Working closely with the Design Manager to manage workflow,



priorities and deadlines Responding to customer requirements and design changes Ensuring documentation aligns with current residential construction legislation and practices Working autonomously while collaborating with the broader design team Maintaining quality and accuracy within a high-volume environment What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced residential Draftsperson who can hit the ground running.
You'll ideally have: 3–5+ years' residential drafting experience Experience drafting custom-designed / owner-occupier homes Strong ArchiCAD experience Solid knowledge of residential construction practices and legislation in WA Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach Confidence working independently as well as part of a team A driven, proactive approach and high level of integrity Ready for your next move?
