We're looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of a Belrose showroom, lead from the floor and create a high-performing sales environment.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales side of leadership, building customer relationships, closing opportunities, motivating a small team and taking ownership of the showroom's performance.
What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of daily showroom performance and sales results Lead, motivate and support a small team Drive your own sales while setting the standard for the team Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through considered purchases Monitor sales targets, KPIs and individual performance Keep the team focused on follow-up and converting opportunities Manage rosters and day-to-day showroom operations Maintain a polished,



customer-ready showroom environment Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows Lead by example and step in wherever needed What You'll Bring Previous furniture retail or showroom sales experience Store Management or senior sales experience A proven track record of hitting sales targets Solid commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs Natural leadership skills and the ability to influence a small team A hands-on, energetic approach to retail Strong customer service and relationship-building skills A genuine drive to sell and achieve results What's In It For You?
