We are seeking experienced a Chef and a Chef Supervisor to join our teams at Randwick Barracks.
You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, preparing quality meals, maintaining high culinary standards and contributing to exceptional dining experiences in a structured and rewarding environment.

We deliver high-quality meals that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare high-quality meals in a bulk cooking and catering environment • Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards • Ensure quality, portion control and food presentation standards are met • Support stock control, ordering and inventory management • Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team • Support meal services, functions and daily kitchen operations • Assist with menu implementation and daily food production planning • Promote a positive,
