Department for Infrastructure and Transport Job reference: ****** Location: **** - ADELAIDE Job status: Ongoing Eligibility: SA Public Sector Employees only The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.
The Service Delivery team provides end-to-end ICT support, service and configuration management and IT operational oversight to ensure reliable and effective delivery of ICT services.
Configuration Officer supports ICT asset and software lifecycle management, procurement activities, vendor engagement and configuration data governance.
The role maintains accurate asset records, supports software licensing compliance and audit activities, and ensures ICT assets are effectively tracked, controlled and reported.
Success in the role requires strong attention to detail, the versatility to undertake a broad range of responsibilities, embrace change, and respond to evolving operational requirements.
Educational Qualifications / Licences ITIL Foundation Certification Special Conditions A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
Some out of hours and weekend work may be required.




Remuneration ASO4 - $82,212 to $86,180 pa + superannuation.
