Full-time position covering Wollongong and the South Coast Growth opportunities and development opportunities Long-term career opportunity with an established business Full time | Wollongong South Coast | Multiple Residential Builds About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of approximately ***** residential builds simultaneously across the Wollongong and South Coast regions .
This role will suit a qualified builder who has strong experience managing multiple residential projects at different stages of construction and understands the importance of clear communication, accurate documentation and consistent processes.
You will be responsible forcoordinating builds from commencement through to completion, working closely with trades, clients, suppliers and the internal construction team to keep projects progressing safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities Oversee approximately ***** residential builds simultaneously Manage projects from site commencement through to practical completion Coordinate and schedule trades across multiple active sites Monitor construction progress and ensure projects remain on schedule Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant requirements Maintain accurate site documentation,



reports and records Manage variations and communicate project updates Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Ensure appropriate construction processes and systems are followed Monitor site safety and compliance Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines and potential issues Skills Experience Qualified Builder / relevant building qualification Proven experience as a Site Manager, Building Supervisor or Construction Supervisor Strong experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time Experience overseeing approximately 15+ homes or a similar volume of projects highly regarded Strong understanding of residential construction from site start through to completion Previous experience supervising trades and subcontractors Excellent understanding of construction processes, scheduling and quality control Strong documentation and administration skills Comfortable using construction software and systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Current driver's licence What's on Offer Full-time position covering Wollongong and the South Coast Opportunity to join an established residential builder Manage a diverse portfolio of new home builds Career growth and development opportunities Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity with an established business Opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of multiple residential projects About the Company Our client is an established land and home package builder delivering new residential homes across the South Coast and surrounding areas.
