What This Role Involves: Oversee daily village operations across catering,



housekeeping, and contracted site services.
Manage full site P L with a sharp, strategic focus on labour overheads and food costs.
Oversee accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS).
Lead, coach, and foster a robust safety culture among site staff.
Act as the primary on-site contact to build and maintain top-tier client relationships.
