Who You Are Trade-Qualified: Holds formal certifications in retail/commercial baking with proven hands-on experience Production Leader: Demonstrated experience managing kitchen workflow, scaling production schedules, and leading daily bake runs People Developer: A confident team leader skilled at mentoring apprentices, coaching staff, and building a strong, collaborative kitchen culture Standards-Driven: Highly competent in kitchen financials (Wastage, COGS, labor management) and obsessed with food safety, hygiene, and product consistency Lifestyle Ready: Excited to embrace an island setting and comfortable working early-morning production shifts,
