THE ROLE This position will see you working closely with the Property Management team across inspections and general PM support.
Your responsibilities will include: Arranging and conducting routine inspections Preparing inspection reports and follow-up documentation Liaising with Property Managers regarding maintenance Assisting with day-to-day Property Management tasks Supporting Property Managers and Team Leaders Building relationships with landlords and tenants Learning all aspects of Property Management Gradually taking on additional responsibilities as you develop ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who already has a foundation in real estate and is ready to take the next step towards Property Management .
Ideally 1+ year of routine inspection experience Previous experience within residential real estate / Property Management Current WA Real Estate Registration preferred Valid driver's licence Confident conducting routine inspections and completing reports Strong communication and customer service skills Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy schedule READY TO BUILD YOUR PROPERTY CAREER?
