Senior Property Manager | Up to $120K + Super Take ownership of a well-supported portfolio with no leasing, BDM or trust accounting.
An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive property management team.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately ******* properties , with the support of an Assistant Property Manager and VA Support .
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced PM who enjoys portfolio management but wants the right support around them — allowing you to focus on your clients and the more important aspects of the role.
The Role Manage a portfolio of approximately ******* properties Supported by an Assistant Property Manager Additional offshore VA support Owner and tenant communication Maintenance management Arrears Lease renewals and rent reviews Compliance Handle more complex portfolio matters when required Work closely with the Head of Department and wider PM team No leasing No trust accounting No BDM or new business About You will be an experienced Property Manager who is confident taking ownership of a larger portfolio while utilising the support available to you.
You will ideally have:
Strong WA residential property management experience Previous Senior Property Manager experience Excellent organisation and time management skills Confidence managing owners, tenants and complex matters A calm, solutions-focused approach Strong communication skills Current WA Property Management Registration Current driver's licence What's On Offer?
