Position: Retail Manager Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Bondi Junction NSW **** Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive strong sales results.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of retail experience who is passionate about customer service and team leadership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results Manage rostering, staff performance, and training Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and reduce shrinkage Ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising standards Maintain health, safety, and company compliance standards.
Requirements: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma,
