The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard.
This hands-on role will see you carrying out preventive maintenance, general repairs, painting and refurbishment works, supporting compliance requirements, and coordinating with contractors when required.
You will play a key role in maintaining guest areas, back-of-house facilities,



and overall property presentation while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
