We have opportunities for Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across a diverse range of pubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, including Cargo, Bungalow 8, Untied, The Winery, The Rook, Kingsleys and The Oriana .

Assistant Venue Managers Annual KPI-based bonus chance of up to $5,000 Hands-on leadership experience and ongoing development Clear pathways towards Venue Manager opportunities Duty Managers Permanent management opportunities across established Sydney venues Ongoing training and leadership development Opportunities to progress within one of Australia's largest hospitality groups What we're looking for Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar, restaurant or busy hospitality venue Robust operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs A hands-on leadership style and passion for creating great customer experiences Current NSW RSA, RCG and any other qualifications required for the position Not sure which role or venue would be the best fit?
