Job description The Engineering Project Manager will help establish the Integrated Sensor Architecture National Office (ISANO) within the Defence Army.
The role coordinates Defence engineering, sensor integration, standards implementation, technical assurance, prototyping, and test and evaluation activities.
Responsibilities include maintaining the project plan, work breakdown structure and schedule; managing budgets, resources, risks and dependencies; coordinating engineering reviews and governance forums; and reporting progress to Army, Defence and industry stakeholders.
Mandatory requirements Relevant master's degree in project or program management, engineering management, MBA, management studies, or a closely related discipline Technical bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science,



computer science, systems science, or equivalent Recognised project management accreditation, or demonstrated immediate eligibility to obtain one At least 15 years' engineering or project management experience Experience managing complex engineering, systems integration, ICT, C4I or Defence capability projects NV1 clearance at commencement and ability to maintain it Skills: Defence project management, systems engineering, systems integration, C4I, interoperability, technical assurance, test and evaluation, project governance, risk management, stakeholder management
