With 20 years' experience delivering complex electrical projects across the industrial and commercial sectors, we are a specialist electrical contractor renowned for work on large-scale warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. Backed by a strong pipeline of secured projects and a reputation for technical excellence, we're now looking to bring on an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery on their next wave of major builds.

The Role
n
You'll take full ownership of project delivery from award through to practical completion, managing scope, program, budget, and site teams across large-format industrial builds. You'll work closely with head contractors, design consultants, and internal trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
End-to-end project management of electrical works on large industrial projects (warehouses, factories, distribution facilities)
n
Manage project budgets, programs,



subcontractors, and procurement
n
Liaise directly with clients, head contractors, and consultants
n
Oversee site teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards
n
Manage variations, RFIs, and progress claims
n
Mentor site supervisors and support staff development
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on
industrial/commercial
projects
n
Solid understanding of electrical systems within warehouse/factory environments
n
Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 electrical subcontractor highly regarded
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Relevant trade or engineering qualifications
n
Full AU working rights
