Job Description
Guests step through the doors into a ****s speakeasy, with cocktails, characters and live performance all forming part of the experience. We need a bartender who can deliver quality drinks quickly while still bringing some personality behind the bar.

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Preparing and serving cocktails consistently and efficiently
n
Working from our established cocktail menu and recipes. We are also open to you creating your own spin on things
n
Assisting with cocktail batching and bar preparation
n
Beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic service
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
n
Working efficiently during concentrated pre-show and post-show service periods
n
Following RSA and responsible service requirements
n
Working alongside our wait staff and production team
n
Helping create the atmosphere of a genuine ****s speakeasy
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're specifically looking for someone with real cocktail experience.
n




You'll ideally have:
n
Previous cocktail bar or high-volume hospitality experience
n
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
n
Confidence working quickly under pressure
n
Excellent presentation and customer service
n
Reliability — if you're rostered, we need you there
n
Ability to work evenings and weekends
n
Current Queensland RSA
n
A bit of personality — this is an immersive venue, not a silent service bar
n
We are also looking for experienced bar staff
n
