GrainCorp in Marong, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of permanent tradespeople and contractors. You will coach and develop individuals, role-model a culture of continuous improvement, and champion safety and high standards in line with GrainCorp's values.
You will oversee preventative and planned maintenance, manage open work orders, respond to breakdowns, control the budget, and drive continuous improvement across site maintenance.
