THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll be selling premium residential solar and battery solutions to homeowners who've already shown genuine interest — these are quality warm leads, not cold lists. Your job is to understand what they need, build trust, present the right solution, and help them get there.
We're looking for someone who knows how to run a strong sales consultation, follow up properly and consistently close qualified opportunities — someone who's driven, organised, and genuinely enjoys closing deals and helping people.
HOW WE REWARD YOU
Strong base salary + uncapped commission, with rates that increase as you perform. There is no ceiling — the more you sell, the more you earn, plain and simple. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting phone and video consultations with homeowners
Understanding customer energy usage,



goals and requirements
Recommending suitable solar and battery solutions
Preparing and presenting proposals
Following up opportunities consistently
Handling objections and closing sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your pipeline
Ensuring sold jobs are handed over accurately to operations
You'll be measured on sales performance, conversion, pipeline management and sales process compliance. You'll be based primarily in our office and showroom, with the flexibility to attend customer homes for sales appointments when needed.
