An Australian registered Specialist Urologist with an ongoing commitment to excellence is looking for an experienced Practice clinic manager to lead an established specialist surgical practice.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth patient care, efficient practice systems and a positive workplace culture.
About the practice n
n
Small team (reception, nursing, surgeons, doctors)
n
High patient volume with strong reputation for clinical care
n
Focus on efficient empathic patient experience and professional standards
n
The role n
You will oversee the operational management of the practice including:
n
n
Leadership of reception and administrative staff
n
Patient flow and appointment management
n
Billing systems and Medicare compliance
n
Theatre scheduling and procedure coordination
n
Financial oversight including billing and reporting
n
HR tasks including rostering, recruitment and staff development
n
Process improvement and workflow optimisation
n
Experience managing a medical or specialist practice
n
Strong understanding of Medicare billing and private billing
n
Experience supervising administrative teams
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to maintain a calm,



professional setting in a busy clinical setting
n
Experience in procedural specialist or surgical practice
n
Familiarity with Genie / Gentu or similar practice software as well as Xero or similar bookkeeping software
n
Understanding of hospital bookings and theatre coordination
n

Previous experience in Private specialist rooms is essential.

Practice medical software - Genie/Gentu experience is highly desirable
n
Previous experience working in a Urology Practice is desirable, but not essential
n

North Sydney
n
Annual Salary based on:
$50 per hour (depending on experience) plus super contribution
