As the Principal Campaign Data Analyst, you will transform complex information into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimise marketing performance, and enhance the experience of current and former South Australian public servants.

About The Opportunity As the Principal Campaign Data Analyst ,



you will lead the development of advanced analytics, campaign performance measurement, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic marketing and member engagement initiatives across Super SA.
Working within the Marketing and Member Engagement team , you'll combine analytical expertise with commercial thinking to help drive evidence-based decision making.
You'll lead the capture, integration and interpretation of complex datasets from multiple sources, transforming data into compelling insights, measurable outcomes, and practical recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and member engagement.
This is an opportunity to work with senior leaders, influence strategic direction, and deliver analytical solutions that support a trusted organisation with more than a century of service to South Australians.
From member journey mapping and segmentation through to ROI reporting and dashboard development, you'll play a key role in helping Super SA better understand and respond to member needs.
About You You are curious, analytical and passionate about using data to solve problems and influence better outcomes.
You enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insights and thrive in environments where your expertise helps shape strategy and decision making.
To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful insights.
Strong capability in Power BI, Excel, Azure, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar technologies to extract, model and visualise data.
The ability to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities hidden within large and complex datasets.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills,



with the ability to build productive relationships and translate technical information into clear recommendations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, supported by a continuous improvement mindset.
A team-oriented approach and the confidence to influence decision making through evidence-based insights and recommendations.
