Barnes & Brown Distilling Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW

This is a boots-on-the-ground field sales role covering both on-premise (bars, restaurants, venues) and off-premise (bottle shops, independent retailers, grocery) channels across Sydney. You'll be the face of Barnes & Brown in the market — opening current doors, running activations, and building the relationships that turn first orders into loyal, repeat stockists.

Key responsibilities

Drive field sales for both on-premise (bars, restaurants, venues) and off-premise (bottle shops, retailers) channels across Sydney.

Win new stockists — identifying, pitching and onboarding new venues and retailers to carry the Barnes & Brown range.
n
Plan and run activation events — tastings, launches and in-venue promotions that bring the brand to life and build demand at the point of sale.
n
Build and manage relationships with existing accounts to grow repeat orders, secure prime placement and gather market feedback.
n
Own your territory — tracking pipeline, coverage and results, and reporting on market trends and competitor activity.
n
Collaborate with the wider team to shape range, pricing and promotional strategy for the Sydney market.

About you
n
Proven field sales experience — FMCG, beverage, hospitality or a related field preferred.
n




Working knowledge of Sydney's on- and off-premise landscape and existing trade relationships are a strong plus.
n
Self-motivated and results-driven — you love being out in the market, not behind a desk.
n
A natural relationship-builder with the confidence to open doors and the follow-through to close them.
n
A current driver's licence and comfortable working independently.
n
Passion for the non-alcoholic and better-for-you beverage movement — genuine enthusiasm for what we're building.
