Our client is a well-established, Melbourne-based member organisation that exists to support and represent its members.
A small, close-knit in-house IT team keeps the organisation running, supporting office staff and a large team who work out in the field.
The role This is a hands-on, permanent role for someone who enjoys variety.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support.
You'll also help staff get more from the tools they use, turn data into useful reports, and build the documentation the organisation relies on.
The organisation runs on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, alongside an in-house member management system, with a platform decision on the horizon.
That means real scope to shape how systems are supported, documented and adopted.
The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office.
What you'll do Provide help desk support across software,



Microsoft 365 and hardware Support staff using the in-house member management system Build reports and analyse data to support decision making Write user guides and keep system documentation current Train staff to build confidence and digital skills What you'll bring Solid IT help desk or service desk experience Strong reporting and data analysis skills Experience writing clear documentation and training non-technical users An internal-facing mindset: you treat staff as colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to have: SharePoint administration, testing experience with system updates, Power BI or SQL, and a background in a member-based or not-for-profit organisation.
