Beauty Ecommerce | Global Growth | Meta + Google + TikTok We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who wants to own paid acquisition, make data-driven decisions and directly influence the growth of a fast-scaling beauty e-commerce brand.
You'll take ownership of performance marketing across Meta, Google and TikTok , driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability across Australia, the US and UK .
Working closely with the Head of Digital Ecommerce , you'll be responsible for scaling campaigns, optimising performance and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
THE OPPORTUNITY You will: Develop and execute the paid media strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok Plan, launch, scale and optimise campaigns against customer acquisition, revenue and profitability targets Manage significant advertising budgets, forecasting and budget allocation to maximise ROAS, MER and marketing efficiency Build and optimise campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives and landing pages Manage full-funnel acquisition strategies across prospecting,



remarketing and conversion campaigns Analyse campaign performance and provide regular insights, reporting and recommendations Use data to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance Partner with the Head of Digital and Social team to identify winning creative formats and brief high-performing assets Stay ahead of platform updates, trends and recent advertising opportunities WHY THIS ROLE?
