Offering $***** per hour plus a $3.00 per hour Leading Hand allowance, this role is ideal for candidates with strong waste management experience and proven leadership abilities.

What You Will Be Doing: Leading controlled waste operations on site Coordinating daily waste collection, segregation, transport and disposal activities Conducting daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety interactions Monitoring team performance and promoting a positive safety culture Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, site waste management plans and client procedures Assisting with workforce planning, scheduling and fleet maintenance Operating waste management equipment, vacuum trucks, forklifts and associated plant as required Completing waste manifests, tracking documentation and operational reports Maintaining housekeeping standards across waste management and storage areas Identifying opportunities to improve safety,



productivity and environmental performance Supporting Supervisors and Site Management to achieve project objectives What You Will Need: Australian Working Rights - Passport or Birth Certificate Current HR Driver's Licence (Essential) Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain Minimum 2 years' experience in waste management, industrial services, mining or oil gas environments Previous Leading Hand or Senior Operator experience Eligibility to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Alcohol Screen What's In It For You: $***** per hour flat rate Additional $3.00 per hour Leading Hand Allowance 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth 5:30am starts 12-hour day shifts (11.5 hours paid) Flights, accommodation and meals provided Apply Now Click on the apply button and complete the application.
