Key Responsibilities
n

Team Leadership: Run, motivate, and manage a productive crew on the factory floor.
n
Plan Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and production plans.
n
Quality & Safety:



Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards while strictly enforcing workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
n
Operations: Manage daily timeframes, production schedules, and material setups efficiently.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully running and organizing a crew of workers.
n
Industry Expertise: Strong concrete knowledge and steel fixing experience are essential.
n
Plan Reading: Ability to confidently read and interpret complex structural plans.
n
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and possesses exceptional time-management skills.
n
Precast Experience: Previous experience in a precast concrete workplace is highly regarded
