Find people you can count on, and a lifestyle you love As a Cleaner with Dubbo Regional Council, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety across a range of Council buildings and assets in Dubbo and Wellington.
Through your attention to detail and commitment to quality service, you will help ensure Council facilities remain clean, welcoming, and fit for purpose for staff, community members, and visitors.
This role is essential in supporting Council's delivery of professional and well-presented facilities across the region.
You'll work with a great team to: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across Dubbo Regional Council Buildings and Assets Prepare and present buildings so they are safe, clean and ready for daily operations Work independently and as part of a small, supportive team to deliver consistent results Contribute to a positive experience for clients and the community Support a safe working environment for staff and visitors What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need:



Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Physical fitness to undertake cleaning duties, including manual handling tasks Flexibility to work varying hours aligned to business demands A friendly, reliable approach and willingness to contribute to the team We would also love you to have: Experience delivering cleaning services, particularly in large commercial buildings or public space Experience using cleaning equipment and maintaining facilities Ready to find more from work and life?
