The Clock Hotel is looking for atalented and experienced Head Chefto lead the kitchen team at ourbistro-style restaurant in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys leading a team, creating great food and being part of a fun and energetic hospitality environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of3 years' experience as a Head Chef
Can confidentlylead and manage a team of up to 10 chefs and cooks
Is an excellentcommunicator and team leader
Has strongstaff management and organisational skills
Enjoystraining and developing apprentices and junior chefs
Has experience withcocktail functions and events




Is experienced inhigh-volume cooking and service
Has experience withordering, stock control and stocktaking
Has a good understanding ofMicrosoft Word and Excel
Is positive, energetic and enjoys having fun at work
Wants to enjoy thefantastic lifestyle the Gold Coast has to offer!
