With a strong pipeline ofClass 2 apartment projects, we're looking for an experiencedConstruction Site Managerto take the lead on one of our upcoming projects valued between $20M and $30M, and journey with us for the long term.
Your Role
AsSite Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of aresidential apartment building projectfrom groundworks to completion.
Responsibilities
Lead on-site operations including subcontractors, trades, plant, and equipment.
Manage project delivery against stakeholder, time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance objectives.
Maintain and drive the construction program — anticipating and resolving issues early.
Build solid relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Champion WHS compliance through safety audits,



toolbox talks, and inspections.
Mentor your site team to achieve results and live Mono's values daily.
About You
We're looking for a proven leader with a strong track record inmanaging Class 2 apartment construction projectsfrom start to finish.
You will have:
4-6+ years' site managementexperience deliveringClass 2 residential apartment buildings
Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or similar
Expertise in planning, programming, and scheduling construction works
Experience in structured, process-driven environments
Procore experience (desirable)
