Newmont Australia invites applications for a permanent, site-based Training Lead at Boddington.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Technical Training, you will lead end-to-end technical training for site mining teams to keep people secure and the operation performing at its best.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, mining training experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work with frontline leaders and external providers.
