Job Description
Paxus in Australia is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support and lead transformational change initiatives within a large organisation.
The role is based in Adelaide with a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in the office).
You will lead the change strategy, develop workshops and stakeholder meetings, and monitor progress while collaborating with SMEs to ensure successful change delivery across processes and communications.
This is a 6-month contract.
