PHN Hunter New England and Central Coast – Gosford NSW is seeking a Strategic Grants and Partnerships Manager to secure funding and coordinate grant and tender submissions across the Hunter, Recent England and Central Coast regions.
You will identify opportunities, develop compelling applications, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and lead projects from concept through submission and implementation to improve health outcomes.
