Churches of Christ is hiring a Housing Officer to manage a residential tenancy portfolio in Ipswich or Kenmore.
This office-based role focuses on tenancy allocations, rent and arrears, inspections and timely maintenance, working closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams to deliver secure, affordable housing.
You will apply knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, support vulnerable tenants, and maintain accurate records while upholding compliance and program policies.
