SA Health's Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is looking for an Administration Officer to join the Tumby Bay Multi-Purpose Service on a part-time, ongoing basis.
What You'll Be Doing Working at the heart of the Tumby Bay MPS unit, you'll provide essential administrative and clerical support across a busy clinical service area.
Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating client management administration and maintaining accurate records and filing systems Facilitating clear communication between the ward, medical practitioners, and external services Delivering responsive, respectful customer service to patients, families, and clinical staff Operating office equipment and computer-based systems including Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry platforms What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in a clerical or administrative support role, including records management Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, email, and general office equipment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately and on time Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation A sound commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and customer service principles consistent with SA Health's standards Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a small regional team Life and Work at Tumby Bay MPS The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network serves some of South Australia's most expansive and rewarding communities.
