Our client is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant to join a well-established skilled services business located on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, personable and enjoys working with clients while supporting a busy team.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering $65,000 – $80,000 + Super, depending on experience.
You'll play an important role in providing quality client service and administrative support across the business.
What you'll be doing: Welcoming clients and professionally managing incoming calls Preparing, collating and uploading client documentation for electronic signing Assisting with the creation and management of work in progress Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and documentation Processing documentation and lodgements with relevant government authorities Liaising with external government departments and regulatory bodies Preparing and distributing client communications and newsletters Assisting with digital marketing and general business communications Monitoring debtors and following up outstanding accounts Providing diary and email management support Providing general administration and office support as required Managing communications with government departments such as the ATO and ASIC What you'll need:
