Audio Visual Officer Location: Canberra, onsite Contract: Expected to commence 27 October **** and run until 30 June ****, with two possible 12-month extensions Clearance: Active NV1 required before commencement We are seeking a Service Management Officer /Audio Visual Officer to support meeting rooms, presentations and video conferencing across a large government setting.
You will manage audio visual requests from intake to resolution, help staff prepare for meetings and work with vendors when specialist support is needed.
What you'll do Set up and support meeting rooms, presentations and video conferences.
Troubleshoot connection, sound and display issues.
Triage requests received through ServiceNow, email and phone.
Confirm event requirements, coordinate vendor support and keep service records up to date.
Provide timely support when priorities change.
Some work outside standard business hours may be required during major events.
What you'll bring Experience supporting audio visual and video conferencing systems in a corporate or government setting.
Strong troubleshooting,



communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage competing requests and work collaboratively.
A current Class C Australian driver licence, or the ability to obtain one.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, executive meetings or hybrid events would be an advantage.
