This is an in-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys the property management side of the industry and wants a supportive, office-based position.
External duties are available for those who enjoy getting out and about, but they're not essential.
The role includes: Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio Tenant and landlord communication Maintenance coordination and follow-up Routine administration and property management tasks Supporting the wider property management team External inspections and appointments available if desired We're looking for someone who is:
