Our Salary Package includes: $80,000-$100,000 Base Salary $8,960-$12,000 Superannuation (12%) paid fortnightly!
$1,076-$1,346 Annual Leave Loading (ALL) = $96,612 - $119, 287 equivalent salary when you take advantage of the increased salary packaging benefits available when working for a not-for-profit organisation.

Work alongside experienced speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, specialist educators, parent peer workers, and positive behaviour practitioners Our manager of family-centred practice is a highly experienced therapist with coach approach training Our leadership team is approachable and here to help you Gradually build your caseload so you have time to be supported and settle into your role Lower billable time targets to give you the opportunity to learn, develop, and build connections Our social committee plans events to bring the team together and have fun!
Flexibility: A flexible work environment where you choose the days you work (Monday-Saturday), including start and finish times Diverse work settings including home visits, educational settings, at Plumtree, and online, involving individual sessions, groups, Opportunities for wide-ranging work in playgroups, project work, and workshops, Open to VISA sponsorships for suitable candidates Your Key Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications AHPRA registration Commitment to and experience with family-centred practice, and neurodiversity Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families, early childhood education and care settings, and schools Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening check Experience working children with disabilities, developmental delay, autism and sensory needs in the home and community environments Desirable skills Familiarity with service systems, especially within the Sydney area Speak a second language Experience working children and families in the NDIS Experience developing and/or conducting workshops for parents Experience working with families who are from an Aboriginal or CALD background Experience in developing plans and goals with families
